This precision paper and photo trimmer has a gear driven rotary blade for perfect cuts through almost any stock or photo paper. The bright LED backlight illuminates the cutting line for completely accurate trimming. Now in a lightweight portable model with 6.5″ base and 17″ extending ruler. The new LED lights will shine through most paper, including photo paper, card stock and patterned paper, but some dark or thick card stock is opaque and no light will shine through it. The Cutterpillar Crop will easily cut through regular copy paper as well as up to 100# thick cardstock. Since this is built for precision, the recommendation is one sheet at a time, but the more paper you cut at a time, the more you may sacrifice accuracy and precision. The crop has measurements to cut up to 17″ when the arm is extended.
